| 6-20 Monadnock Speedways races rained out for the weekend, So in our spare time I tried a new profession, Cake Designer!! Luckily the Modifieds traditionally have the air cleaner out in the air so we had a great pedestal to build off of!! I know the wedding planer really wouldn't approve of this cake, But I'm pretty sure the Bride and Groom will get a kick out of it!!!! Karen Spalding and Eric Pomasko aka 471 enduro, are getting married this Sunday (6-21) and we just wanted to wish them the best in our own race team way, CONGRATS !!! |
